NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th December, 2023
S.O. 5380(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Airports Authority of India Act,
1994 (No. 55 of 1994), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Pankaj Malhotra to the post of Member
(Finance), Airports Authority of India in the scale of pay of Rs.1,80,000-3,40,000/- (IDA) with effect from the date of
his assumption of charge i.e. 08.11.2023 (F/N) of the post till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.12.2027 or until
further orders, whichever is the earlier, subject to the final outcome of LPA No. 752/2022 pending before Hon'ble
High Court of Delhi.
