MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th May, 2023 S.O. 2357(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), read with rule 4 of the Coconut Development Board Rules, 1981, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as member of the Coconut Development Board, for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette or till they cease to be a Member of the House of People, whichever is earlier and for the said purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3 , Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1237, dated the 6th April, 1981, namely:- In the said notification, under the heading “Appointed under clause (e) of sub-section (4) of section 4”, after serial number 4A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- “4B Shri Gangasandra Siddappa Basavaraj, To represent the House of Member. the People Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Gandhi Nagar, Opposite Park Tumkur-572 101 Karnataka 4C Shri K.
