या या लम्बी बीमारी या ऄदययन छुट्टी या दकसी ऄन्य दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से स्नातक स्ट्तर पर ऄजनवायय पररजस्ट्थजत में एक वषय या या वैकजल्पक जवषय ऄथवा परीक्षा के माद्यम के रूप में हहदी के ऄजधक ऄवजध के जलए बाहर साथ ऄंग्रेजी में मास्ट्टसय जडग्री; या रहने के कारण हुइ ररजियां, दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से हहदी या ऄंग्रेजी स े जभन्न केंरीय सरकार के ऐसे दकसी जवषय में हहदी मादयम से मास्ट्टसय जडग्री और स्नातक स्ट्तर ऄजधकाररयों में से पर ऄजनवायय या वैकजल्पक जवषय ऄथवा परीक्षा के माद्यम के प्रजतजनयुजि अधार पर भरी रूप में ऄंग्रेजी हो; या जा सकेंगी; दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से हहदी या ऄंग्रेजी स े जभन्न (क) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या दकसी जवषय में ऄंग्रेजी मादयम से मास्ट्टसय जडग्री और स्नातक जवभाग में जनयजमत अधार स्ट्तर पर ऄजनवायय या वैकजल्पक जवषय ऄथवा परीक्षा के माद्यम पर सदिृ पद धारण दकया के रूप में हहदी हो; या हुअ है; और दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से हहदी या ऄंग्रेजी स े जभन्न दकसी जवषय में मास्ट्टसय जडग्री और हहदी एवं ऄंग्रेजी ऄजनवायय4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] या वैकजल्पक जवषय के रूप में ऄथवा दोनों में से कोइ एक (ख) जो स्ट्तम्भ (7) के ऄधीन परीक्षा के माद्यम के रूप में और दसू रा ऄजनवायय या वैकजल्पक सीधी भती के जलए जवजहत जवषय के रूप में स्नातक स्ट्तर पर हो; III] नीलम ऄरोड़ा, ऄवर सजचव MINISTRY OF STATISTICS AND PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st Februrary, 2024 G.S.R. 122(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Field Operations Division, National Sample Survey Office, Senior Translator and Junior Translator, Group ‘B’ posts, Recruitment Rules, 2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Senior Translator and Junior Translator in the Field Operations Division, National Sample Survey Office, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, namely:-[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 5 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, National Sample Survey Office, Field Operations Division, Senior Translator and Junior Translator, Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of post, Classification and level in the pay matrix.– The number of posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 5. Disqualification.– No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government, from time to time, in this regard.
