प्रसंस्ट्करण पद), भती जनिम, 2013 को, िहां तक दक उनका सबं ंध आंकड़ा प्रजवजि प्रचालक, श्रणे ी ‘क’ के पद से ह,ैं उन बातों
के जसवाि अजधक्रांत करते हुए जिन्ह े ऐसे अजधक्रमण से पहले दकिा गिा ह ै िा करने का लोप दकिा गिा ह ै सांजयिकी और
काियक्रम कािायन्विन मंत्रालि, राष्ट्रीि प्रजतदिय सवेक्षण कािायलि, क्षेत्र संकािय प्रभाग म ेंआंकड़ा प्रजवजि प्रचालक श्रेणी ’क’ के
पद पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनिमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनिम बनात ेह,ैं अर्ायत :-
1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ : (1) इन जनिमों का संजक्षप्त नाम सांजयिकी और काियक्रम कािायन्विन मंत्रालि,राष्ट्रीि
प्रजतदिय सवेक्षण कािायलि, क्षेत्र संकािय प्रभाग, आंकड़ा प्रजवजि प्रचालक श्रणे ी ‘क’ के भती जनिम, 2023 ह ैं।
(2) िे रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. लाग ूहोना : ि ेजनिम, इन जनिमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जवजनर्दयि पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पद-सयं िा, वगीकरण और वते न मट्रै रक्ट्स म ेंस्ट्तर – उि पदों की संयिा, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन मैट्ररक्ट्स
में स्ट्तर वे होंगे िो इन जनिमों से उपाबद्ध उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तभं (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) म ेंजवजनर्दयि ह ैं।

4. भती की पद्धजत, आि ु सीमा, अहतय ाएँ आदद – भती की पद्धजत, आिु सीमा, अहतय ाएँ और उससे संबंजधत अन्ि बात ें
वे होंगी िो पूवोि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्दयि ह।ैं
5. जनरहतय ा – वह व्यजि –
(क) जिसन े ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत िा पत्नी िीजवत ह,ैं जववाह दकिा ह,ै िा जववाह की संजवदा की ह ैिा
(ख) जिसने अपने पजत िा अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकिा ह ै िा जववाह की संजवदा
की ह ै
उि पद पर जनिुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा :
परन्तु िदद केन्रीि सरकार का िह समाधान हो िाता दक ऐसा जववाह उस व्यजि और जववाह के अन्ि पक्षकार को लाग ू
स्ट्वीि जवजध से अधीन अनुज्ञेि ह ैऔर ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्ि आधार ह ैंतो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनिम के प्रवतयन से छूट
दे सकेगी ।
6. जिजर्ल करन े की िजि — िहां केन्रीि सरकार की िह राि ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्िक िा समीचीन ह,ै वहाँ वह
उसके जलए िो कारण ह,ैं उन्ह े लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनिमों स े दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वग य िा प्रवग य के व्यजििों की बाबत,
आदेि द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी।
7. व्यावजृ त— इन जनिमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आि-ु सीमा में छूट और अन्ि ट्ररिाितों पर प्रभाव नहीं
डालगे ी, जिनका केन्रीि सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समि-समि पर िारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतिों,
अनुसूजचत िनिाजतिों, भतू पूवय सैजनकों और अन्ि जविेष प्रवगय के व्यजििों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत ह ै।

जलए जनणायिक तारीख वह होगी िो ट्रटप्पण : अहतय ा, अन्िर्ा सुअर्हतय अभ्िर्र्यिों की दिा
कमयचारी चिन आिोग द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत में कारणों के जलए िो लेखबद्ध दकए िाए, कमयचारी
की िाए।

वाले व्यजििों के जलए जवजहत िैजक्षक अहतय ाए ं ह ैं म ें से
प्रजतजनिुजि के आधार पर भरी िा सकेंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th February, 2023
G.S.R 137(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in
supersession of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Field Operations Division, National Sample
Survey Office (Electronic Data Processing Posts), Recruitment Rules, 2013, in so far as they relate to the posts of Data
Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operator,
Grade ‘A’, in Field Operations Division, National Sample Survey Office, Ministry of Statistics and Programme
Implementation, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Statistics and Programme
Implementation, National Sample Survey Office, Field Operations Division, Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’,
Recruitment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application. - These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these
rules.
3. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of said post, their classification and
level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and
other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
5. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the
personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so
doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any
class or category of persons.
7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to
be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in
accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
