वाहन (कार/िीप/जतपजहिा वाहन) के पुनर्नयिोिन ।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 चालन की क्षमता के जनधायरण करन े के 2.वट्ररष्ठ प्रिासजनक अजधकारी, जलए चालन परीक्षा के आधार पर हल्के क्षेत्र संकािय प्रभाग, मुयिालि मोटर वाहन (कार/ िीप/जतपजहिा कािायलि - सदस्ट्ि; वाहन) के जलए जवजधमान्ि चालन अनुज्ञजप्त रखता हो जिसके न हो सकने पर 3.केन्रीि सरकार के दकसी अन्ि केन्रीि सरकार के मंत्रालिों में वेतन मंत्रालि िा जवभाग से कोई मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर 1 (18000-56900 रु.) अनुभाग अजधकारी पंजि का में जनिजमत आधार िा जनिजमत समहू अजधकारी - सदस्ट्ि । ‘ग’ कमयचाट्ररिों पर सवार हरकारा का पद धारण कर रह े ऐसे पदधाट्ररिों में से प्रादेजिक कािालय ि म ें िो स्ट्तंभ (7) में िर्ाउजल्लजखत अहतय ाए ं पूरी करते हों । 1. राज्ि रािधानी में जनदेिक - अध्िक्ष; सिस्त्रबल कार्मकय ों के जलए प्रजतजनिजुि / पनु र्निय ोिन : 2. राज्ि रािधानी में कािायलि प्रमुख सिस्त्र बल के ऐसे कार्मयक िो सेवा जनवृत्त होने वाले ह ैिा एक वष यके भीतर (क्षत्रे ) – सदस्ट्ि; ट्ररिवय में स्ट्र्ानांतट्ररत होने वाले ह ै और जवजहत अपेजक्षत अनुभव और अहतय ाए ं 3. दकसी स्ट्र्ानीि रखते हों , उन पर भी जवचार दकिा केन्रीि सरकार िाएगा । ऐसे व्यजििों को उस तारीख के कािायलि से तक प्रजतजनिुजि के जनबंधनों पर रखा सहािक जनदेिक िाएगा, जिसमे वह सिस्त्र बल से जनमुयि की पंजि का होने वाले ह ैंतत्पश्चात व ेपुनर्नयिोिन पर कोई अजधकारी – सदस्ट्ि । बने रह सकते ह ैं। ट्रटप्पण : प्रजतजनिुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगयत केन्रीि सरकार के उसी िा दकसी अन्ि संगठन िा जवभाग में इस जनिुजि स े ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्ि काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनिुजि की अवजध ह ैं साधारणतिा तीन वषय स े अजधक नहीं होगी । प्रजतजनिुजि द्वारा जनिुजि के जलए अजधकतम आिु-सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी । [फा. सं. ए -12018/12/2020-िेसीएम] नवीन कुमार,अवर सजचव MINISTRY OF STATISTICS AND PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION (National Sample Survey Office) (FIELD OPERATIONS DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 14th February, 2023 G.S.R. 121(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Field Operations Division, National Sample Survey Office, Driver (Grade I, Grade II and Ordinary Grade), Recruitment Rules, 2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Driver Grade - I,6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] Driver Grade - II and Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the Field Operations Division, National Sample Survey Office, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, National Sample Survey Office, Field Operations Division, , Driver Grade - I, Driver Grade - II and Driver (Ordinary Grade), Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application.– These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.– The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Method of recruitment, age limit and qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 5. Disqualification.– No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to Relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
