सवेक्षण कािायलि – अध्िक्ष; (i) िो मूल काडर िा जवभाग में जनिजमत 2. उप सजचव िा अवर सजचव, आधार पर सदिृ पद धारण दकिा सांजयिकी और काियक्रम हुए हो; िा कािायन्विन मंत्रालि – सदस्ट्ि; (ii) जिन्होने मलू काडर िा जवभाग में 3. उप-जनदेिक, क्षत्रे संकािय प्रभाग, वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-5 (29200- राष्ट्रीि प्रजतदिय सवेक्षण 92300 रु.) िा समतुल्ि में छह वष य कािायलि – सदस्ट्ि; की जनिजमत सेवा की हो; िा 4. केंरीि सरकार के अन्ि (iii) जिन्होंने मलू काडर िा जवभाग म ें कािायलिों से कम से कम वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-4 (25500- अवर सजचव पद का 81100 रु.) िा समतल्ु ि म ें जनिजमत एक अजधकारी – सदस्ट्ि । आधार पर जनिुजि के पश्चात आिुजलजपक श्रणे ी में दस वषय की जनिजमत सेवा की हो I4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] ट्रटप्पण 1 : पोषक प्रवग य के ऐसे जवभागीि अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि म ें ह,ै प्रजतजनिुजि पर जनिुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िान े के पात्र नहीं होंग े । इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनििु व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनिुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । ट्रटप्पण 2 : प्रजतजनिुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगतय केन्रीि सरकार के उसी िा दकसी अन्ि संगठन िा जवभाग में इस जनिुजि स े ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्ि काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनिुजि की अवजध ह ै साधारणतिा तीन वष य से अजधक नहीं होगी । प्रजतजनिुजि द्वारा जनिजु ि के जलए अजधकतम आि-ु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करन े की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी । [फा. स.ं ए–11018/1/2019-िेसीएम (ई-27512)] नवीन कुमार, अवर सजचव MINISTRY OF STATISTICS AND PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION (National Sample Survey Office) (FIELD OPERATIONS DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th June, 2023 G.S.R. 443(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Stenographer Grade I (Field Operations Division, National Sample Survey Organisation) Recruitment Rules, 2002, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade - I in the Field Operations Division, National Sample Survey Office, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, National Sample Survey Office, Field Operations Division, Stenographer Grade - I, Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay. – The number of posts, its classification and pay level or scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to Relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
