In Tiruchirappalli District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Suriyur Village, 72.88.32 Hectares land has been required for
public purpose namely Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal project. For above purpose, 3.47.12
Hectares Patta Lands in Suriyur Block- 1 is to be acquired, for which, Preliminary Notification u/s 11(1) has been
published on 01.12.2022 in News Paper. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchirappalli is appointed as Administrator
for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. The Draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme for the project
is given below:

வெகச்டர் நிலம் காவிரி-்வ்க-குண்்டாறு இ்ைபபுத் திட்ட வவள்்ள நீர்ககால்வாய் வ்பாதுநலப ்பயன்்பாடடிறகாக
சதை்வப்படுவதைாக அரசு உத்சதைசித்து நிருவாக அனுமதி வழஙகப்படடுள்்ளது. எனசவ, திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டம்,
திருவவறும்பூர் வட்டத்்தைச் சேர்்நதை சூரியூர் ்பகுதி-1 கிராமத்தில் சமறவோன்ன திட்டத்திறகாக 3.47.12 வெகச்டர்
்பரப்ப்ளவு வகாண்்ட நிலப்பகுதி ்கயகம் வேய்யப்ப்ட உள்்ளது. அதைறகான முதைல்நி்ல அறிவிக்க பிரிவு
11(1)-ன் கீழ் 01.12.2022 அன்று நாளிதைழ்களில் வவளியி்டப்படடுள்்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திறகான மறுவாழ்வு (ம) மீள்குடியமர்வு
நிருவாகியாக திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி வருவாய் சகாட்டாடசியர் நியமனம் வேய்யப்படடுள்்ளார். இத்திட்டத்திறகான மறுவாழ்வு
மறறும் மீள்குடியமர்வு திட்ட வ்ரவு கீழ்கண்்டவாறு வவளியி்டப்படுகிறது.
I. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும மறுகுடியமர்த்துதல் பசயல் திட்்ட வணரவு :

வீடுகள் வழஙகுதைல் வழஙகுதைல். இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
நகர்்பகுதியில் ஒரு வீட்்ட இழ்நதைால், சதை்வயில்்ல.

2) நிலத்துககு நிலம் நீர்மின் திட்டம் எனில், இயன்றவ்ர இ்நசநர்வில் நில உரி்மதைாரர்கள் இல்்ல

ஒவ்வவாரு குடும்்பத்தைாருககும் உரி்மதைாரர்க்ளாக இருப்பதைாலும்,

நிலத்்தை வழஙகுதைல் சவண்டும். அட்டவ்ை ோதி/்பழஙகுடியினத்்தை

்கயகப்படுத்தைப்பட்ட நிலத்திறகு மறறும் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழஙக
இ்ையான நிலம் அல்லது சதை்வயில்்ல.

3) சமம்்படுத்தைப்பட்ட நிலம் நகர்மபபின் சநாககஙக- இ்நசநர்வில், நிலஙகள் இல்்ல
நிலத்திறகு ளுககாக ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்படடிருககும் நகர்மபபின் சநாககஙகளுககாக
விருப்பறிவிபபு வ்பாழுது, வ்ளர்ச்சி சமம்்பாடடுககு ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்ப்டவில்்ல.
20% நிலத்்தை ஒதுககீடு வேய்தைல் எனசவ, இவ்வ்கயான மறுவாழ்வு
சவண்டும். மறறும் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழஙக

4) ஆண்டுப்பைம் / இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் சவ்ல இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நிலம் இல்்ல
ஆண்டுத்வதைா்க உருவாககப்பட்டால், குடும்்பத்தில் ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்படுவதைால்
ஒருவருககாவது சவ்ல வகாடுப்பது/ வாழ்வாதைாரஙக்்ள இழ்நதை
ஒசர மு்ற வழஙகும் ரூ.5,00,000/- நில உரி்மயா்ளர்கள் மறறும்
(ரூ்பாய் ஐ்நது லடேம்) / ஆண்டுத் ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்பட்ட நிலத்்தை
வதைா்க வழஙகுதைல். வாழ்வாதைாரத்திறகாக முதைன்்மயாக
ோர்்நதிரு்நதைவர்கள் எவரும்
்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல
5) வவளிசயறறப்பட்ட ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு குடும்்பத்தி - இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
குடும்்பஙகளுககு னருககும் ஓராண்டு காலத்திறகு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
வாழ்வாதைார மான்யம் மாதைம்ஒன்றிறகு ரூ.3000/-ககு இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
இ்ையான வாழ்வாதைார மான்யம் சதை்வயில்்ல.
வழஙக சவண்டும்.
6) வவளிசயறறப்படும் வவளிசயறறப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
குடும்்பஙகளுககான ச்பாககுவரத்து வேலவாக ஒசர ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
ச்பாககுவரத்து சநரத்தில் ஐம்்பதைாயிரம் ரூ்பாய் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
வேலவுகள் வகாடுககப்படுதைல் சவண்டும். சதை்வயில்்ல.
7) கால்ந்்ட வகாடடில் / ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினர் இ்நசநர்வில், மாடடுக வகாட்ட்க இல்்ல
வ்படடிக க்்டகள் கால்ந்்ட வகாடடில்/வ்படடிக க்்ட மறறும் வ்படடிக க்்ட
வேலவு கடடிக வகாள்வதைறகு கு்ற்நதை்படேம் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
ரூ.25,000/- நிதி உதைவி்ய ஒசர இவ்வ்கயான நிவாரைம் வழஙக
தை்ட்வயில் வ்பறுவர். சதை்வயில்்ல.
8) ்கவி்னஞர் / ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு இ்நசநர்வில், நில உரி்மயா்ளர்களில் இல்்ல
சிறு வியா்பாரிகள் ்கவி்னஞர் குடும்்பம்/சிறு ்கவி்னஞர் / சிறு வியா்பாரி
ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் வியா்பாரி /சுயமாக சவ்ல வேய்யும் எவருமில்்ல. / இவ்வ்கயான
வகாடுககப்படுவது ந்பர் நிலம் ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்பட்டால், மறுவாழ்வு மறறும் மீள்குடியமர்வு
கு்ற்நதை ்படேம் ரூ.25,000/- நிதி வழஙக சதை்வயில்்ல.

9) மீன்பிடி உரி்ம நீர்ப்பாேனத்திட்டம்/நீர்மின் திட்டத்தைால், இத்திட்டத்தில் மீன் பிடிப்பதைறகு இல்்ல
்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினருககு ோத்தியக கூறுகள் இல்லாதைதைால்,
அ்ைககடடுகளில் மீன் பிடிப்பதைறகு இவ்வ்கயான மறுவாழ்வு
உரி்ம அளித்தைல். மறறம் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழஙக
சதை்வயில்்ல.
10) ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு இ்நசநர்வில் நில எடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
வகாடுககப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககும் மீள்குடியமர்வு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
மீள்குடியமர்வு ்படித்வதைா்கயாக ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
்படித்வதைா்க ரூ.50,000/- வகாடுத்தைல் சவண்டும். சதை்வயில்்ல.
11) முத்தி்ர ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பஙகளுககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
தீர்்வ மறறும் ஒதுககப்படும் நிலம்/வீடு ்பதிவு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
்பதிவுககட்டைம் வேய்யப்படும்வ்பாழுது, அதைறகான இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
முத்தி்ர தீர்்வ மறறும் இதைர சதை்வயில்்ல.

்கயகப்படுத்துதைலில் நியாயமான ேரியீடு வ்பறுவதைறகும் மறறும் ஒளிவு ம்றவின்்மககும் மறுவாழ்வு மறறும் மறுகுடியமர்விறகான
உரி்மச் ேட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் ேட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 16(4)ன் கீழ் வவளியி்டப்படுகிறது.
சூரியூர் ்பகுதி-1 கிராமத்தின் மறுகுடிசயறறம் மறறும் மறுவாழ்வு திட்ட வ்ரவு குறித்து சகாரிக்ககள் மறறும் மறுபபு்ரக்்ள
15 தினஙகளுககுள் மறுவாழ்வு மறறும் மீள் குடியமர்வு அலுவலரான வருவாய் சகாட்டாடசியர் திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி அவர்களுககு
வதைரிவிககலாம்.
இது வதைா்டர்்பான கருத்து சகடபு கூட்டம் 19.10.2023 அன்று மு.்ப 11.00 மணிய்ளவில் சூரியூர் கிராம நிர்வாக அலுவலர்

purpose namely Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal project. For above purpose, 14.77.93 Hectares
Patta Lands in Suriyur Block-2 is to be acquired, for which, Preliminary Notification u/s 11(1) has been published on
15.04.2023 in News Paper. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchirappalli is appointed as Administrator for the purpose
of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. The Draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme for the project is given below:7

6) வவளிசயறறப்படும் வவளிசயறறப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
குடும்்பஙகளுககான ச்பாககுவரத்து வேலவாக ஒசர சநரத்தில் ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல.
ச்பாககுவரத்து ஐம்்பதைாயிரம் ரூ்பாய் வகாடுககப்படுதைல் எனசவ, இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம்
வேலவுகள் சவண்டும். வழஙக சதை்வயில்்ல.
7) கால்ந்்ட வகாடடில் / ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினர் இ்நசநர்வில், மாடடுக வகாட்ட்க இல்்ல
வ்படடிக க்்டகள் கால்ந்்ட வகாடடில்/வ்படடிக க்்ட மறறும் வ்படடிக க்்ட
வேலவு கடடிக வகாள்வதைறகு கு்ற்நதை்படேம் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
ரூ.25,000/- நிதி உதைவி்ய ஒசர இவ்வ்கயான நிவாரைம் வழஙக
தை்ட்வயில் வ்பறுவர். சதை்வயில்்ல.
8) ்கவி்னஞர் / ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு இ்நசநர்வில், நில இல்்ல
சிறு வியா்பாரகள் ்கவி்னஞர் குடும்்பம்/சிறு வியா்பாரி உரி்மயா்ளர்களில் ்கவி்னஞர்
ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் /சுயமாக சவ்ல வேய்யும் ந்பர் நிலம் / சிறு வியா்பாரி எவருமில்்ல.
வகாடுககப்படுவது ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்பட்டால், கு்ற்நதை / இவ்வ்கயான மறுவாழ்வு
்படேம் ரூ.25,000/- நிதி உதைவியாக ஒசர மறறும் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழஙக
தை்ட்வயில் வ்பறுவர். சதை்வயில்்ல.
9) மீன்பிடி உரி்ம நீர்ப்பாேனத்திட்டம்/நீர்மின் திட்டத்தைால், இத்திட்டத்தில் மீன் பிடிப்பதைறகு இல்்ல
்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினருககு ோத்தியக கூறுகள் இல்லாதைதைால்,
அ்ைககடடுகளில் மீன் பிடிப்பதைறகு இவ்வ்கயான மறுவாழ்வு
உரி்ம அளித்தைல். மறறம் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழஙக

10) ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு இ்நசநர்வில் நில எடுப்பால் இல்்ல
வகாடுககப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககும் மீள்குடியமர்வு வீடு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல.
மீள்குடியமர்வு ்படித்வதைா்கயாக ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் எனசவ, இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம்

11) முத்தி்ர ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பஙகளுககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல

குடும்்பஙகளுககான ச்பாககுவரத்து வேலவாக ஒசர சநரத்தில் ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
ச ்ப ா க கு வ ர த் து ஐம்்பதைாயிரம் ரூ்பாய் வகாடுககப்படுதைல் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
வேலவுகள் சவண்டும். சதை்வயில்்ல.
7) கால்ந்்ட வகாடடில் ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினர் கால்ந்்ட இ்நசநர்வில், மாடடுக வகாட்ட்க இல்்ல
/ வ்படடிக க்்டகள் வகாடடில்/வ்படடிக க்்ட கடடிக மறறும் வ்படடிக க்்ட
வேலவு வகாள்வதைறகு கு்ற்நதை்படேம் ரூ.25,000/- ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
நிதி உதைவி்ய ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் வ்பறுவர். இவ்வ்கயான நிவாரைம் வழஙக
சதை்வயில்்ல.
8) ்கவி்னஞர் / ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு ்கவி்னஞர் இ்நசநர்வில், நில உரி்மயா்ளர்களில் இல்்ல

10) ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு இ்நசநர்வில் நில எடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
வகாடுககப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககும் மீள்குடியமர்வு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
மீள்குடியமர்வு ்படித்வதைா்கயாக ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
்படித்வதைா்க ரூ.50,000/- வகாடுத்தைல் சவண்டும். சதை்வயில்்ல.
11) முத்தி்ர ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பஙகளுககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
தீர்்வ மறறும் ஒதுககப்படும் நிலம்/வீடு ்பதிவு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
்பதிவுககட்டைம் வேய்யப்படும்வ்பாழுது, அதைறகான இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக

for public purpose namely Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal project. For above purpose,
13.18.82 Hectares Patta Lands in Suriyur Block- 4 is to be acquired, for which, Preliminary Notification u/s 11(1)
has been published on 26.04.2023 in News Paper. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchirappalli is appointed

வாழ்வாதைார காலத்திறகு மாதைம்ஒன்றிறகு ரூ.3000/- இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
மான்யம் ககு இ்ையான வாழ்வாதைார மான்யம் சதை்வயில்்ல.

6) வவளிசயறறப்படும் வவளிசயறறப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு ஏதும் இல்்ல
குடும்்பஙகளுககான ச்பாககுவரத்து வேலவாக ஒசர ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவஇ
ச்பாககுவரத்து சநரத்தில் ஐம்்பதைாயிரம் ரூ்பாய் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
வேலவுகள் வகாடுககப்படுதைல் சவண்டும். சதை்வயில்்ல.
7) கால்ந்்ட ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினர் இ்நசநர்வில் மாடடுக வகாட்ட்க இல்்ல
வகாடடில் / கால்ந்்ட வகாடடில்/வ்படடிக க்்ட மறறும் வ்படடிக க்்ட
வ்படடிக க்்டகள் கடடிக வகாள்வதைறகு கு்ற்நதை்படேம் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
வேலவு ரூ.25,000/- நிதி உதைவி்ய ஒசர இவ்வ்கயான நிவாரைம் வழஙக

8) ்கவி்னஞர் / ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு இ்நசநர்வில் நில இல்்ல
சிறு வியா்பாரகள் ்கவி்னஞர் குடும்்பம்/சிறு வியா்பாரி / உரி்மயா்ளர்களில் ்கவி்னஞர்
ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் சுயமாக சவ்ல வேய்யும் ந்பர் நிலம் / சிறு வியா்பாரி எவருமில்்ல. /

வகாடுககப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககும் மீள்குடியமர்வு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
மீள்குடியமர்வு ்படித்வதைா்கயாக ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக

village in Srirangam Taluk in Thiruchirappalli District for a public purpose, namely, in Cauvery-vaigai- Gundar Link
canal Project, Trichy.

மறறும் மறுகுடியமர்விறகான உரி்மச் ேட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் ேட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வ்க வேய்யப்பட்டவாறு
்பறறுள்்ள ந்பரின் மறுபபு்ரக்்ளக சகட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விோர்ைககுப பின்னரும் இ்நதை வி்ளம்பு்க தையாரிககப்படடுள்்ளது.
நிலம் ்கயகப்படுத்துவதைன் காரைமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுககு வாய்ப்பான குடும்்பஙகளின் எண்ணிக்க, இவர்களுககான
மறுவாழ்வு மறறும் மறுகுடியமர்வு இழபபீடுகள் நிர்ையம் வேய்யப்படடுள்்ளது.52
திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டத்திலுள்்ள ஸ்ரீரஙகம் வட்டம்/வட்டாரத்திலுள்்ள (வ்பாரு்நதைக கூடியவாறு) நாகமஙகலம் கிராமத்தில்
13.39.14 வெகச்டர் ்பரப்ப்ளவு ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்படடுள்்ள நிலத்தில் கனிமவ்ளஙகள் இருபபின் சமறவோன்ன திட்டத்தின்

1) வவளிசயறறப்படும் ஊரகப்பகுதியில் ஒரு வீட்்ட இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
ச்பாது வதைாகுபபு இழ்நதிருககின்றச்பாது, IAY வீடு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
வீடுகள் வழஙகுதைல் வழஙகுதைல். இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
சதை்வயில்்ல.
நகர்்பகுதியில் ஒரு வீட்்ட இழ்நதைால்,
கட்டப்பட்ட வீட்்ட வழஙகுதைல்.
2) நிலத்துககு நிலம் நீர்மின் திட்டம் எனில், இயன்றவ்ர இ்நசநர்வில் நில உரி்மதைாரர்கள் இல்்ல
விவோய நிலத்்தை இழ்நதிருககின்ற சவறு ்பல நிலஙகளுககு
ஒவ்வவாரு குடும்்பத்தைாருககும் உரி்மதைாரர்க்ளாக இருப்பதைாலும்,
கு்ற்நதை்படேம் ஒரு ஏககர் நிலத்்தை சமலும் நில உரி்மதைாரர்கள்
வழஙகுதைல் சவண்டும். அட்டவ்ை அட்டவ்ை ோதி/்பழஙகுடியினத்்தை
ோதி/்பழஙகுடியினத்்தை சேர்்நதைவர்க்ளாக சேர்்நதைவர்க்ளாக இல்லாதைதைாலும்,
இரு்நதைால், ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்பட்ட இவ்வ்கயான மறுவாழ்வு
நிலத்திறகு இ்ையான நிலம் அல்லது மறறும் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழஙக
இரண்்ட்ர ஏககர் நிலம் (எது சதை்வயில்்ல.

3) சமம்்படுத்தைப்பட்ட நிலம் நகர்மபபின் சநாககஙகளுககாக இ ்ந சந ர் வி ல் , நி ல ங க ள் இல்்ல
நி ல த் தி ற கு ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்படடிருககும் வ்பாழுது, நகர்மபபின் சநாககஙகளுககாக
விருப்பறிவிபபு வ்ளர்ச்சி சமம்்பாடடுககு 20% நிலத்்தை ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்ப்டவில்்ல.
ஒதுககீடு வேய்தைல் சவண்டும். எனசவ, இவ்வ்கயான மறுவாழ்வு

4) ஆண்டுப்பைம் / இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் சவ்ல இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நிலம் இல்்ல
ஆண்டுத்வதைா்க உருவாககப்பட்டால், குடும்்பத்தில் ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்படுவதைால்
ஒருவருககாவது சவ்ல வகாடுப்பது/ வாழ்வாதைாரஙக்்ள இழ்நதை
ஒசர மு்ற வழஙகும் ரூ.5,00,000/- நி ல உ ரி ் ம ய ா ்ள ர் க ள்
(ரூ்பாய் ஐ்நது லடேம்) / ஆண்டுத் மறறும்்கயகப்படுத்தைப்பட்ட நிலத்்தை

மான்யம் ரூ.3000/-ககு இ்ையான வாழ்வாதைார சதை்வயில்்ல.
மான்யம் வழஙக சவண்டும்.
6) வவளிசயறறப்படும் வவளிசயறறப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
குடும்்பஙகளுககான ச்பாககுவரத்து வேலவாக ஒசர சநரத்தில் ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
ச்பாககுவரத்து ஐம்்பதைாயிரம் ரூ்பாய் வகாடுககப்படுதைல் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
வேலவுகள் சவண்டும். சதை்வயில்்ல.
7) கால்ந்்ட ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினர் இ்நசநர்வில், மாடடுக வகாட்ட்க இல்்ல
வகாடடில் / கால்ந்்ட வகாடடில்/வ்படடிக க்்ட மறறும் வ்படடிக க்்ட
வ்படடிக க்்டகள் கடடிக வகாள்வதைறகு கு்ற்நதை்படேம் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
வேலவு ரூ.25,000/- நிதி உதைவி்ய ஒசர இவ்வ்கயான நிவாரைம் வழஙக
தை்ட்வயில் வ்பறுவர். சதை்வயில்்ல.
8) ்கவி்னஞர் / ்பாதிககப்பட்ட ஒவ்வவாரு ்கவி்னஞர் இ்நசநர்வில், நில உரி்மயா்ளர்களில் இல்்ல
சிறு வியா்பாரிகள் குடும்்பம்/சிறு வியா்பாரி /சுயமாக ்கவி்னஞர் / சிறு வியா்பாரி
ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் சவ்ல வேய்யும் ந்பர் நிலம் எவருமில்்ல. / இவ்வ்கயான
வகாடுககப்படுவது ்கயகப்படுத்தைப்பட்டால், கு்ற்நதை மறுவாழ்வு மறறும் மீள்குடியமர்வு
்படேம் ரூ.25,000/- நிதி உதைவியாக வழஙக சதை்வயில்்ல.
ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் வ்பறுவர்.
9) மீன்பிடி உரி்ம நீர்ப்பாேனத்திட்டம்/நீர்மின் திட்டத்தைால், இத்திட்டத்தில் மீன் பிடிப்பதைறகு இல்்ல
்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பத்தினருககு ோத்தியக கூறுகள் இல்லாதைதைால்,
அ்ைககடடுகளில் மீன் பிடிப்பதைறகு இவ்வ்கயான மறுவாழ்வு
உரி்ம அளித்தைல். மறறம் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழஙக
சதை்வயில்்ல.
10) ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் ்ப ா தி க க ப ்ப ட ்ட ஒ வ் வவ ா ரு இ்நசநர்வில் நில எடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
வகாடுககப்படும் குடும்்பத்தினருககும் மீள்குடியமர்வு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
மீ ள் கு டி ய ம ர் வு ்படித்வதைா்கயாக ஒசர தை்ட்வயில் இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
்படித்வதைா்க ரூ.50,000/- வகாடுத்தைல் சவண்டும். சதை்வயில்்ல.
11) முத்தி்ர ்பாதிககப்பட்ட குடும்்பஙகளுககு இ்நசநர்வில் நிலஎடுப்பால் வீடு இல்்ல
தீர்்வ மறறும் ஒதுககப்படும் நிலம்/வீடு ்பதிவு ஏதும் ்பாதிககப்ப்டவில்்ல. எனசவ,
்பதிவுககட்டைம் வேய்யப்படும்வ்பாழுது, அதைறகான இவ்வ்க நிவாரைம் வழஙக
முத்தி்ர தீர்்வ மறறும் இதைர சதை்வயில்்ல.

The following errata is hereby issued to the Preliminary notification published for Land Acquisition for the public purpose namely
formation of CAUVERY VAIGAI GUNDAR link canal in Kavinaduwest Village of Pudukkottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District U/S 11(1) of RIGHT
TO FAIR COMPENSATION, AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILATION AND RESETTLEMENT ACT -2013 and U/S

Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government that lands are required in Kavinadu West village of Pudukkottai
Taluk in Pudukkottai District for public purpose, namely Cauvery - Vaigai - Gundar link Canal scheme as per “ Right to
Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 sec 11(1) and rule
2017 sec. 13(1)” Already Preliminary Notification published for Kavinadu West village, 107 survey numbers and extent
of 13.90.14 hectares as per District Collector, Pudukkottai Proceeding No. RC. 195/A2/CVG/2021 Dated: 31.12.2021.
Cauvery Vaigai Gundar Link Canal Scheme, way of additional 3 survey numbers is under acquisition u/s 11(1) of Right
to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and u/s 13(1)
rule of 2017. Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai is appointed as administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and
Resettlement. 3 families are displaced due to Land Acquisition. Details are given below.

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition,
Rehabilitation and resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Pudukkottai and office of Land Acquisition Officer/Special District Revenue
Officer, Pudukkottai on any working day during the working hours.
The Government is pleased to authorize the requisitioning department viz., Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department Special Project
Division Pudukkottai and their staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for
the proper execution of their works as provided and specified in section 12 of the said act.
Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase,
etc or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Pudukkottai District Gazette without prior approval
of the Collector.
Objections to the acquisition, if any may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in
the Pudukkottai District Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Special District Revenue Officer (LA) (Cauvery Vaigai Gundar
Link Canal Scheme) Pudukkottai or Special Tahsildar (LA) (Cauvery Vaigai Gundar Link Canal Scheme), Unit -3, Pudukkottai.

யாவதைாரு ்பரிமாறறஙகளில் ஈடு்படுதைல் அல்லது ்பரிமாறறஙகள் வேய்தைல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆடசியரின் முன்
அஙகீகாரம் இன்றி இ்நதை அறிவிக்க வவளியி்டப்பட்ட நாளிலிரு்நது யாவதைாரு வில்லஙகஙக்்ளயும் ஏற்படுத்தை இயலாது.
