NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th June, 2022
S.O. 2732(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the
Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), vide number S.O. 5668(E), dated the 09th November, 2018, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(i) under the heading CHAIRMAN, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the
following shall be substituted, namely:-
"1. Minister of Labour and Employment,
Government of India,
New Delhi.” ;
(ii) under the heading MEMBERS, for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following
shall be substituted, namely:-
"7. Joint Secretary (Investment),
Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance,
Government of India,
New Delhi.”.
