Central Government hereby directs that no person shall operate scheduled air transport services to/from an aerodrome including Defence aerodroms with effect from 31st December, 2013, to 30th June, 2014 unless it has been licensed by the Director General of Civil Aviation.
This notification, S.O. 3920(E), issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation on December 31, 2013, effective immediately, amends the Aircraft Rules, 1937.
