1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the notification of the
Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation,
number G.S.R. 301, dated the 27th February, 1971, namely:—
In the said notification, for item (xix) (c) and the entries relating thereto, the following item andentries shall be
substituted, namely:—
“(xix) (c) Dr. S.K. Malhotra, Agriculture Commissioner, (For a period of three years from the date of

number S.O. 79(E), dated the 3rd February, 1997, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number
and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
“1. Dr. S.K. Malhotra, Agriculture Commissioner,
Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare,
New Delhi. Chairman”.
