S.O. 3668 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the
Central Government hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the notification of the Government of
India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation number G.S.R. 301,
dated the 27th February, 1971, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section-3, Sub-Section (i) on
1st March, 1971, namely:-
In the said notification, for item (xix) (c) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and
entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(xix) (c) Dr. S.K. Malhotra, Agriculture (For a period of three years from the date
