(ख) प्रयोगात्मक मूल्यांकन ( सक्षमता अधाररत मूल्यांकन ) (ख) जनदिभनों के जलए 60 ऄंक (ग) 40 ऄंकों के मौजखक प्रश्न रटपप् ण: परीक्षक जनदिभनों के संबंध म ें आन 10 म ें स े ऄंजतम परीक्षा के जलए दकन्द्ही पांच का और सक्षमता अधाररत मूल्यांकन के जलए दकन्द्ही दस का चयन कर सकता ह ैऔर प्रत्येक को 10 ऄंक अबंरटत कर सकता ह।ै III. मौजखक परीक्षा -ऄंजतम परीक्षा के जलए तीन केस वाली जस्ट्थजतयों पर 30 ऄंक और सक्षमता अधाररत मूल्यांकन के जलए चार केस वाली जस्ट्थजतयों पर 40 ऄंक 3.जनयम 7 म,ें जनम्नजलजखत िब्द प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत होंगे, ऄथाभत (ख) प्रसूजतजवज्ञान और स्त्री रोग जवज्ञान या जवदकरण जचदकत्सा जवज्ञान म ें स्नातकोत्तर कायभिम की प्रस्ट्थापना करने वाले भारतीय जचदकत्सा पररषद से मान्द्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्थान ; (ग) प्रसूजतजवज्ञान और स्त्री रोग जवज्ञान या जवदकरण जचदकत्सा जवज्ञान म ें पूणभकाजलक अवासीय डीएनबी कायभिम की प्रस्ट्थापना करने वाले संस्ट्थान । 4. जनयम 8 म,ें जनम्नजलजखत िब्द प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत होंगे, ऄथाभत:् - (क) ऐस ेप्रजिक्षण म ेंप्रवेि के जलए भती म,ें , जिक्षक और छात्र का ऄनुपात 1:4 होगा । (ख) राज्य स्नातकोत्तर प्रवेि परीक्षा की योग्यता सूची या केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार द्वारा मान्द्यताप्राप्त दकसी ऄन्द्य ईपयुि योग्यता के अधार पर चयन दकया जाएगा । (ग) सरकार म ें सेवारत ऄभ्यर्थथयों के जलए 50% सीटों तक की वरीयता दी जाएगी ।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3 (घ) ऄन्द्य राज्यों या संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों, जहां ऄल्रासोनोग्राफी म ें छह माजसक प्रजिक्षण देन े वाला कोइ मान्द्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्थान नहीं ह,ैं के ईम्मीदवारों को राज्यों या संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों द्वारा परस्ट्पर जनणीत सीटें दी जाएगी । 5. जनयम 9 म,ें जनम्नजलजखत िब्द हटाए जाएंगे, ऄथाभत “ 1 जनवरी 2017 को या ईससे पहल े ’’। 6. जनयम 9 म,ें 9 (1) के रूप में जनम्नजलजखत जनयम ऄन्द्तःस्ट्थाजपत दकए जाएंगे , ऄथाभत:- राज्य या संघ राज्य क्षत्रे आस ऄजधसूचना के दो वषभ के ऄंदर जवद्यमान पंजीकृत जचदकत्सा व्यवसायी हते ु सक्षमता अधाररत परीक्षा पूरा करना होगा । 7. जनयम 14 म,ें 14 (क) के रूप म ें जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक ऄन्द्तःस्ट्थाजपत दकए जाएंग,े ऄथाभत:- ‘ऄल्रासोनोग्राफी और सक्षमता अधाररत परीक्षा म ें छह माजसक प्रजिक्षण ईत्तीणभ दकए जाने का प्रमाणपत्र जचदकत्सा जनदेिक द्वारा जारी होगा और संबंजधत राज्य समुजचत प्राजधकारी द्वारा प्रजतहस्ट्ताक्षररत होगा। [फा.स.ं वी-11011/11/2019-पीएनडीटी] डॉ. मनोहर ऄगनानी, संयुि सजचव रटप्पणी : मूल जनयम भारत के राजपत्र, ऄसाधारण , भाग II,खंड -3 ईपखंड (i) म ें 9 जनवरी, 2014 की संख्या सा.का.जन. 13(ऄ) और 14 (ऄ) के तहत प्रकाजित हुए थ ेजजन्ह ेंबाद म ें जनम्नजलजखत के तहत संिोजधत दकया गया : • सा.का.जन. 77 (ऄ) ददनांक 31 जनवरी, 2014 • सा.का.जन. 119 (ऄ) ददनांक 24 फरवरी, 2014 • सा.का.जन. 60 (ऄ) ददनांक 28 जनवरी, 2015 और • सा.का.जन. 492 (ऄ) ददनांक 23 मइ, 2017 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (Department of Health and Family Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th June, 2020 G.S.R. 419(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 32 of the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (57 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) (Six Months Training) Rules, 2014, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) (Six Months Training) Amendment Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) (Six Months Training) Rules, 2014.(hereinafter referred to as the said rules), (a) In rule 6 for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rules shall be substituted namely :-4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] “(2) The existing registered medical practitioners, who are conducting ultrasound procedures in a Genetic Clinic or Ultrasound Clinic or Imaging Centre on the basis of one year experience or six months training are exempted from undertaking the said training provided they are able to qualify the competency based assessment as specified in Schedule II. (3) If a medical practitioner fails to clear the said competency based examination after three attempts, he shall undertake the complete six months training, as provided under these rules, for the purpose of renewal of registration.” (b) In Schedule II, under the heading “Guidelines for assessment for Final Examination”, after items II, the following items shall be inserted namely: - ―II. (a) PRACTICAL ASSESMENT FINAL EXAMINATION (a) 20 marks for log book (b) 50 marks for demonstrations (c) 30 marks viva II. (b) PRACTICALASSESMENT COMPETENCY BASED ASSESSMENT (a) 60 marks for demonstrations (b) 40 marks viva Note: The examiner can choose any FIVE for Final Examination and SIX for Competency Based Assessment of these TEN for demo and allot 10 marks each III. Viva – 30 marks on three case situations for Final Examination and 40 marks on four case situations for Competency Based Assessment 3. In rule 7, the following words shall be substituted, namely:- (b) Medical Council of India recognised institutions offering Post Graduate programmes in Obstetrics and Gynaecologyor Radiology; (c) Institutions offering full time residency DNB programme in Obstetrics and Gynaecology or Radiology. 4. In rule 8, the following words shall besubstituted, namely:- (a) Intake for admission to such trainings shall be up to 1:4 teacher to students ratio. (b) Selection shall be as per the merit list of the State Post Graduate Entrance Exam or any other appropriate merit recognised by the Central Government/State Governments. (c) Preference upto 50 percent of the seats shall be given to the Government in service candidates. (d) Seats as mutually decided by the States/Union Territoriesshall be provided to the candidates from other States or Union Territories where there are no accredited institutes for imparting Six Months Training in ultrasonography. 5. In rule 9, the following words shall be deleted,namely:- “On or before 1st January, 2017” 6. In rule 9, the following rule shall be inserted as 9 (1), namely:- The States/Union Territories shall complete the Competency based assessment for already registered medical practitioners within two years of this notification.”[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 5 7. In rule 14, the following proviso shall be inserted as 14 (a), namely:- “Certificate for qualifying Six Months Training in Ultrasonography and Competency based assessment shall be issued by Director Medical Education and countersigned by the concerned State Appropriate Authority” [F.
