New Delhi, the 17th June, 2025
No.U-23013/01/2017-L.W(B).–– In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the
Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby
constitutes a Committee to go into the question to abolition of contract labour system in the establishment of
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited at Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under: -

of Contract Laobur (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970.”
3. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Committee shall submit its
report within two months.
