**Subject: Reminder Regarding Confirmation of Drugs Inspectors After Completion of Probation Period**
This memorandum, dated April 2018, serves as a final reminder from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, regarding the pending confirmation of Drugs Inspectors who have satisfactorily completed their two-year probation period.
Despite previous reminders (dated 02.06.2015, 06.05.2016, and 05.12.2017), the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) and Assessment Reports for the listed Drugs Inspectors remain outstanding. The memo lists the names of 20 Drugs Inspectors, their current place of posting, and the status of their ACRs/Assessment Reports.
All listed Drugs Inspectors are directed to contact their concerned officers to complete and furnish the required ACRs/APARs and Assessment Reports to the Directorate by **May 15, 2018**. Failure to submit the documents by this deadline may result in the individual not being considered for clearance of their probation period confirmation.
For any queries or clarifications, Drugs Inspectors should contact their concerned officers.
The memo is addressed to all concerned Drugs Inspectors in CDSCO HQ/Zones/Sub Zones/Port Offices and copied to all concerned DDCIs in CDSCO HQ/Zones/Sub Zones/Port Offices.
