No.II(1)/AGFW/31/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the
Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby confi rms the regulation of marketing of the Agricultural Produces mentioned in Annexure-I to the Notifi cation
in the notifi ed market areas of the Regulated Markets mentioned in Annexure II to the Notifi cation. The intention to
make such a declaration having been previously published with Agriculture Department Notifi cation No.II(1)/AG/60/2008.
Publised at paged 108-112 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 24th December 2008, as
required by Section 3 of the said Act.
