(2) The Committee has to make suitable recommendation whether or not the employment of Contract Labour in TROLLEY RETRIEVERS Job/Works in Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International and Domestic Airport Kolkata as mentioned above be prohibited keeping in view the provision of Section (10) of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970. (3) The report of Committee must be Submitted within 01 month positively as the case is related to contempt and board is duly bound to decide it within 06 weeks time, as directed by the Hon’ble High Court Kolkata in W.P.
