CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 25th October, 2024
G.S.R. 666(E).—In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section(i) vide
G.S.R. 922(E) dated the 28th December, 2023-
(1) Under Short title and commencement for the words “(1) These rules may be called the Drugs
(….. Amendment) Rules, 2023” the following shall be substituted as, :- (1) These rules may be called the
Drugs (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) in the Note for the words “notification number G.S.R ( E), dated……” the following shall be
substituted as, :- “notification number G.S.R 410 ( E), dated 2nd June, 2023”.
