S.O. 1946(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the
Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day
of May, 2025 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force in the
entire area of the Boudh district in the State of Odisha, namely: —
(i) sections 38 to 43;
