NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st July, 2025
S.O. 3347(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Employees’ State
Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2025, as the date on
which the following provisions of the said Act, shall come into force in all areas of the district of Banda in the State of
Uttar Pradesh, namely: —
(i) sections 38 to 43;
(ii) sections 45A to 45H;
(iii) sections 46 to 75;
(iv) sub-section (2) to (4) of section 76; and
(v) sections 82 and 83.
