उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें सामाजिक सुरक्षा (केंद्रीय) जनयम, 2026, जिन्ि ें आग े उक्त जनयम किा िाएगा, के प्रयोिनों के
जलए जनम्नजलजखत केंद्रों को कैररयर केंद्र (केंद्रीय) के रूप म ेंअजधसूजचत करती ि,ै अर्ाात ्ः -
(i) केंद्रीय रोिगार कायाालय; और
(ii) श्रम एव ं रोिगार मंत्रालय, रोिगार मिाजनिेिालय, नई दिल्ली के अधीन कायारत राष्ट्रीय कैररयर सेवा
पोर्ाल (www.ncs.gov.in) को कैररयर केंद्र (केंद्रीय) के रूप म।ें
(2) कैररयर केंद्र जडजिर्ल रूप म ें सचू ना एकत्र और उपलब्ध कराएगं े।
(3) प्रत्येक प्रजतष्ठान या दकसी वग ा या श्रेणी के प्रजतष्ठानों का जनयोक्ता सभी ररजक्तयों की सूचना जडजिर्ल
माध्यम स े कैररयर केंद्र को प्रिान करेगा और पिले स े उपलब्ध कराई गई िानकारी म ें दकसी भी
पररवतान की सूचना भी जडजिर्ल माध्यम स े उक्त कैररयर केंद्र को प्रिान करेगा।

(4) कैररयर केंद्र (क्षेत्रीय) अपने द्वारा एकजत्रत िानकारी को उक्त जनयमों के प्ररूप- XXV, प्ररूप- XXVI तर्ा
प्ररूप- XXVI (क) म ें जडजिर्ल माध्यम स े कैररयर केंद्र (केंद्रीय) के सार् साझा करेगा।
(5) तकनीकी एव ं वैज्ञाजनक प्रकृजत के ऐसे पिों की ररजक्तया,ाँ जिनका वेतन स्ट्तर 7वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग के
अनुसार प े स्ट्तर-5 (रु 29,200 - रु 92,300) या 6वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग के अनुसार ग्रेड प े रु 2,800
तर्ा समकक्ष या उससे अजधक िो, उनकी सूचना उक्त जनयमों के प्ररूप- XXV में जडजिर्ल माध्यम स े

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st August, 2026
S.O. 4629(E).— In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 139 of the code on social security, 2020 (36 of
2020), the Central Government hereby, notifies Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026, hereinafter referred to as the
said rules, the following centres to be the career centre (Central) for the purposes of the rules, namely: -
(i) Central Employment Exchange; and
(ii) National Career Service Portal (www.ncs.gov.in) working under the Directorate General of Employment,
Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi as career centre (Central).
(2) The career centres shall collect and furnish information in digital form.
(3) The employer in every establishment or any class or category of establishments shall report all vacancies
digitally to the career centre and any change in the particulars already furnished shall be digitally reported to
the said career centre.
(4) The career centre (Regional) shall digitally share the information collected by it to the career centre (Central)
in the Form- XXV, Form-XXVI and Form-XXVI (A) of the said rules.
(5) The vacancies in posts of technical and scientific nature carrying Pay Level-5 (₹29,200–92,300) of the 7th
Central Pay Commission or Grade Pay ₹2,800 of the 6th Central Pay Commission and equivalent or above,
shall be reported digitally to the career centre (Central) in Form-XXV of the said rules.
