The Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, undertook Special Campaign 4.0 from November 2024 to August 2025 to minimise pendency and to institutionalise Swachhata. As a result of the campaign, more than 272 sites across the country were cleaned, generating Rs. 1.22Cr from the disposal of scrap. The Department of Water Resources River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti and
its organizations, had undertaken the Special Campaign 4.0 from November, 2024 to August, 2025 to
minimise the pendency and to institutionalise Swachhata.
More than 272 sites across country were cleaned and revenue of Rs.1.22Cr was generated from disposal of
scrap.
More than 34,644 sq. ft. space freed, 1.22 Crore revenue earned, 2130 Physical Files weeded out and over
2,749 public grievances resolved since November, 2024.
DoWR RD&GR and its organisations have continued the activities of Special Campaign, monthly reporting
of achievements is being uploaded on SCDPM portal regularly since November 2024.
