Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya today addressed the newly appointed
District Youth Officers (DYOs) at the Orientation Ceremony and affirmed the need to prepare youth for
Viksit Bharat.
Asserting the youth as the future of Viksit Bharat, Dr. Mandaviya encouraged the newly appointed officers
to work with clarity in mission mode towards Viksit Bharat with a Nation First approach.
The Union Minister addressed the newly appointed officers during induction training program —
DIKSHA (DYOs Dedicated Induction Training for Knowledge, Skill, and Holistic Attitude for Service) —
at CSOI, New Delhi.
During the event, the Hon’ble Minister also handed over appointment letters to the newly recruited DYOs
selected through the Pratibha Setu Portal during the ceremony.
Drawing inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita, the Hon’ble Minister said that hard work, morality, and
commitment towards duty would enable the newly inducted officers to achieve success in every domain of
life.
The Union Minister of Youth Affairs said District Youth Officer and Mera Yuva Bharat are ambitious
