NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th April, 2014
S.O. 1053(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (6) of section 3,
read with section 7 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), the Central Government
hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Agriculture, (Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries) number
S.O. 466 (E), dated the 1st March, 2011 published in Part-II, section 3, sub-section (ii) of the Gazette
of India Extraordinary, dated the 1st March, 2011, namely:-
2. In the said notification, under the heading “Members nominated by the Central Government
under clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 3,” for serial number 11 and the entries relating
thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“11. Dr.Suresh S. Honnappagol, Animal Member (ex-officio).”
