INTRODUCTION Indian operators must obtain DGCA approval for flight operations in airspace requiring the use of ADS-B prior to conducting flight operations. 2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: No person shall operate Indian registered aircraft using ADS-B for flight operations unless: 2.1 The operator and the operator's aircraft comply with the requirements of this CAR, applicable DGCA guidance, and applicable circulars; 2.2 The operator obtains ADS-B approval from the DGCA; and 2.3 The operator’s operations specifications authorize the use of ADS-B for flight operations. 3.
