Ministry of Labour & Employment EPFO Goa Urges Employers to Grab ‘VISHWAS 2026’ Opportunity One-time scheme offers reduced damages and faster settlement of pending PF dispute cases प्रव तथ: 28 JUL 2026 4:32PM by PIB Mumbai Goa, 28 July 2026 The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office, Goa, has appealed to employers across the State to take advantage of 'VISHWAS 2026', a one-time scheme introduced by the Ministry of Labour & Employment for the amicable settlement of pending disputes relating to damages under Section 14B of the EPF & MP Act and Section 128 of the Code on Social Security. The scheme, which came into effect on June 29, 2026, will remain open for six months, providing employers with an opportunity to resolve long-pending cases through a simplified online process at substantially reduced rates of damages. According to EPFO Goa, the scheme covers pending litigation cases, finalized recovery cases where dues are yet to be recovered and pre-adjudication cases where notices have either been issued or are yet to be issued. One of the major benefits of the scheme is the significant reduction in damages for eligible establishments.
