NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th February, 2024
S.O. 802(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the
Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of
March, 2024, as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act, shall come into force in all
areas of the Nabrangpur district, in the State of Odisha, namely :—
(i) sections 38 to 43;
(ii) sections 45A to 45H;
(iii) sections 46 to 73;
(iv) sections 74 and 75;
(v) sub-section (2) to (4) of section 76;
(vi) section 80; and
(vii) sections 82 and 83.
