S.O. 4851(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 68A of the Limited
Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby establishes the following Regional
Directors in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs specified in column (2) of the Table below to discharge the functions
conferred upon them by the said Act or delegated to them by the Central Government under the said Act for the
respective jurisdiction as specified in the corresponding column (3) of the Table below, namely:-
