New Delhi, the 15th May, 2026
S.O. 2535(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies
Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and in pursuance of Office Memorandum of the Department of
Revenue, Ministry of Finance number A-50050/270/2025-CESTAT-DOR-DOR-Part(1)
dated the 9th March, 2026, the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of the
following Technical Members in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal,
appointed, vide notification number S.O. 3462 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2022, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), with the same terms
and conditions for a period with effect from 17th May, 2026 to 08th September, 2026 or till
attaining the age of sixty-seven years under the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021, whichever is
earlier, namely:
