Subject: Extension of timeline for surrender of unutilised TRQ quantity allocated for import of 1 o L MT of Raw Sugar - reg.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, and in continuation of Public Notice No. 27/2026- 2027 dated 20.08.2026 read with Public Notice No. 30/2026-2027 dated

14.09.2026 the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby extends the timeline prescribed of the said Public Notice for surrender of the unutilised TRQ quantity allocated for import of Raw Sugar under TRQ.

2. Accordingly, TRQ holders may surrender any unutilised quantity allocated under the said TRQ up to 1s th . October, 2026, subject to payment of an amount equivalent to 0.5% of the CIF value of the surrendered quantity, as prescribed under the existing modalities.

3. All other terms and conditions of Public Notice No. 27/2026-2027 dated
