ORDER
New Delhi, the 25th October, 2023
S.O. 4645(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10
of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic,
Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: --
1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Ninth Amendment)
Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in Schedule I , in Part A “
SPECIFICATIONS OF FERTILISERS”, in sub-heading 1 (a), STRAIGHT NITROGENEOUS FERTILISERS, in
serial number 10, in entry (v), “ for the figure “2” the figure “ 1.5” shall be substituted.
