1.(1)इस आदेि का नाम उववरक (अकाबवजनक, काबवजनक या जमजित) (जनयंत्रण) तरे हवााँ संिोधन आदेि, 2025 ह।ै
(2) यह अपन े रािपत्र म ेंप्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगा।

उि आदिे के रूप में संदर्भवत ककया गया ह)ै के खंड 38 म,ें —
(i) उप-खडं 1 को उसका उप-खंड (1) पुनः संखयांककत ककया िाएगा;
(ii) इस प्रकार सखं यांककत उप-खंड (1) म,ें “दस” िब्द के स्ट्र्ान पर “चौदह” िब्द प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत ककया िाएगा;

ORDER
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2025
S.O. 5837(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act,
1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser
(Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order,1985, namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Thirteen Amendment
Order, 2025
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
2. In the Fertiliser ( Inorganic, Organic or Mixed ) ( Control) Order, 1985, (hereinafter referred to as the
said Order), in the clause 38,-
(i) in sub-clause 1 shall be renumbered as sub-clause “(1)” thereof;
(ii) in sub-clause (1) as so numbered, for the word “ten” the word “fourteen “ shall be substituted;
(iii) sub-clause (4) shall be omitted.

2. सजमजत का कायवकाल इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र म ेंप्रकािन की तारीख स ेपााँच वि वका होगा।
3. बैठक में गणपूर्त व परू ा करने के जलए अध्यक्ष सजहत कम-स-े कम आठ सदस्ट्य उपजस्ट्र्त रहगें े।
4. सजमजत की बैठक में भाग लेन े वाले सजमजत के सदस्ट्य जनम्नजलजखत दरों से यात्रा भत्ता और दैजनक भत्ता प्राप्त करन े के
हकदार होंग,े अर्ावत ् :-
(i) सजमजत का कोई िासकीय सदस्ट् य उस सेवा के जलए लागू दरों से यात्रा भत्ता और दैजनक भत्ता प्राप्त करन ेका हकदार होगा;
जिससे वह संबंजधत ह;ै
(ii) केन्द्द्र सरकार द्वारा समय यात्रा य पर िारी आदेिों के अनुसार गैर सरकारी सदस्ट् यसम- भत्ता और दैजनक भत्ता प्राप्त
करने का हकदार होगा।
5. केन्द्द्र सरकार द्वारा आदेि सजमजत को आदेि के अधीन अपने कृत्यों के जनववहन के जलए यर्ा आवश्यक स्ट्िाफ सदस्ट्यों को
उपलब्ध कराया िाएगा।
आदेि के अधीन अपन ेकृत्यों के जनववहन हते ु सजमजत यर्ावश्यक कमवचाटरवृंद के ऐसे सदस्ट्यों को केन्द्द्र सरकार द्वारा उपबंजधत
करेगी l

New Delhi, the 16th December, 2025
S.O. 5838(E).— In pursuance of sub-clause (1) of clause 38 of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or
Mixed) (Control) Order,1985, and in supersession of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry
of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare number S.O. No. 5415 (E), dated the 22nd December, 2023, the Central
Government hereby constitutes the Central Fertiliser Committee consisting of the following members,
namely:-
1 Agriculture Commissioner, DA&FW Chairman;
2 Joint Secretary, INM Member;
3 DDG, NRM, ICAR Member;
4 Joint Secretary, DoF Member;

2. The term of the office of the Committee shall be five years from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette.
3. At least eight members including chairman shall be present to fulfill the quorum in the meeting.
4. The members of the Committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rate
specified below while attending the meeting of the Committee, namely:-
(i) an official member of the Committee shall be entitled to draw traveling and daily allowances at the rate
applicable to the service to which he belongs;
(ii) a non-official member shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances in accordance with the
orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.
5. The committee shall be provided with such members of staff, as may be necessary, by the Central
Government for carrying out its functions under the Order.
