G.S.R. 735(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the National
Co-operative Development Corporation Act, 1962 (26 of 1962), read with Rule 3 of the National Co-operative
Development Corporation Rules, 1975, published vide notification G.S.R. 477 dated 5th April, 1975, the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of
Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare) published vide
G.S.R. 428 (E) dated 1st July, 2020, namely:-
In the said notification, -
(a) for serial number 1 and 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall
respectively be substituted, namely:-
“1. Union Minister of Cooperation – President
Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation – Vice-President”;
(b) for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
“3. Special Secretary or Additional Secretary (In charge of National Cooperative Development
Corporation), Ministry of Cooperation – Member (ex-officio)”;
(c) for serial number 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
“10. Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Cooperation – Member (ex-
officio)”;
(d) for serial number 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
“11. Joint Secretary (In charge of the National Cooperative Development Corporation), Ministry
of Cooperation – Special Invitee”.
