G.S.R. 736(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the National
Co-operative Development Corporation Act, 1962 (26 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendment in the Notification of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department
of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare) published vide G.S.R. 427 (E) dated 1st July, 2020,
namely:-
In the said notification, -
(a) For serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
―1. Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation – Chairman‖;
(b) For serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
―2. Special Secretary or additional Secretary (in charge of National Cooperative
Development Corporation), Ministry of Cooperation – Vice Chairman‖;
(c) For serial number 4, the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
―4. Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Cooperation – Member‖;
(d) For serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
