Authority, hereby further delegates to all its officers of the rank of Deputy Directors in the pay scale Rs.15600-39100
with GP Rs 6600, working in Land Disposal, Housing and Land Management of Delhi Development Authority, its
powers of instituting/defending suits or legal proceedings, signing Vakalatnamas/PoA for and on behalf of the Authority,
filing written statements, replies, affidavits, etc., in all courts in so far as Land Disposal, Housing Department & Land
