NO:UDD/553/MNX/2018 DATED:30.10.2018 was published in the Karnataka Gazette
dated:01.11.2018 in pages on 4946 to 5001 part No.3 for the formation of “Dr.K.Shivarama Karantha
Layout”
In the Exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of the Section 16 of the Land Act
(Karnataka Extension Amendment Act 17 of 1961) it is hereby notified for the information of General
Public that the schedule below have been acquired and taken possession by me from owners for formation
of “Dr.K.Shivarama Karantha Layout” by the BDA., Kumara park West, Bangalore-560020 and the
same vest with BDA, Bangalore free from all encumbrance. The Public are hereby informed that they
should restrain from entering into any kind of transaction with the Khatedars of the Survey Number of
lands noted below.
