(Elec.II) Department, dated. 02.11.2004, and as amended from time to time. AMENDMENT In the said Rules,- i. The proviso (iii) under Rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Fixation of Strength of Nagar Panchayats and Municipal Councils) Rules, 2004 shall be omitted.
