Registered No. HSE-49/2016 PART I EXTRAORDINARY No.445 AMARAVATI, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2026 G.503 NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT --x-- MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (I) DEPARTMENT Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department – Town Planning _ Kurnool Urban Development Authority (KUDA) –General Town Planning Scheme - GIS based Master Plan of Atmakur Municipality in KUDA Region – Sanction under Section 13 of APMR&UDA Act, 2016- Accorded – Orders – Issued . --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- G.O.Ms.No.177, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (I) Department, Dt.12.08.2026) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of APMR&UDA Act, 2016, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby sanction the GIS based Master Plan of Atmakur Municipality in Kurnool Urban Development Authority Region to an extent of 27751.05 hectares and the common zoning regulations issued in G.O.Ms.No.157, MA&UD Department, dt.17.07.2026 shall be followed, subject to condition that the Building Rules and Layout Rules shall be as per the Andhra Pradesh Building Rules, 2017 issued in G.O.Ms.No.119, MA&UD Department, dated:28.03.2017 and the Andhra Pradesh Land Development (Layout and Sub- division) Rules, 2017 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.275, MA&UD (H1) Department, dated:18.07.2017 and subsequent amendments thereon from time to time, respectively. 2. The confirmed Master Plan will be opened for perusal of the public at the offices of the Atmakur Municipality, Kurnool Urban Development Authority office for a period of six months.
