III. सजमजत की जसफाटरिों पर सरकार द्वारा वतवमान जनयमों, जनिेिों एवं प्रचजलत प्रदक्रयाओं के अधीन कायावन्द्वयन
हते ु जवचार दकया िाएगा।
IV. सजमजत को आवश्यकतानुसार सिस्ट्यों को सह-आमंजत्रत करने का अजधकार होगा।
V. सजमजत की अवजध तत्सकाल प्रभाव से प्रारंभ होगी और अगल ेआिेि तक प्रभावी रहगे ी।

The Mandate of the High-Level Committee will be as under:
I. To approve policies/plans, programmes and supervise and guide the commemoration of 200th Birth
Anniversary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule including preparatory activities.
II. To decide the broad dates for the detailed programmes of celebration.
III. The recommendations of the Committee will be considered by the Government of India for implementation,
subject to extant Rules, instructions and practices.
IV. The Committee shall have power to co-opt members.
V. The terms of the Committee commence with immediate effect and will be until further orders.
