Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban
Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No.27 Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Residential use zone ordered in
G.O.(2D) No.339 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 19.12.2023 subject to
conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area
under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994
Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
dated 09.11.1994.
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers
of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Vellanaipatti Village, Page No. 317-318 S.F.Nos. 116/1A1B
the following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential use zone” the expression S.F.No. 116/1A1B shall be added after the entry
S.F.No. 78 to 85.
Under the heading “Agricultural land use zone” the expression S.F.Nos. 107 to 116 shall be deleted S.No. 107
to 115, 116 (Excluding 116/1A1B) shall be substituted.

shall be substituted after S.F.No: 509.
Under the heading “Agricultural Dry use zone (AG 8)“ the expression S.F.Nos: 541 to 546 shall be deleted and
the expression S.F.No: 541 to 544, 545 (Except 545/1, 545/2), 546 (Except 546/1B, 546/2B) shall be substituted.

2. In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O.Ms. No. 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)]
Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Kagithapuram New Town
Development Authority which was Consented under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No. 308, Housing and Urban Development
[UD4(2)] Department dated: 27.07.2004 and in Notification No. VI (1)/506/2006 at page No. 373, of Part Vl—Section 1,

Variation
In the said Consented Kagithapuram New Town Development Authority Plan, in the land use schedule,
under the heading in Agricultural Use Zone Punjai Pugalur North Village at Page No: 53 regarding 493/4B the following
entries should be made:
1. Under the sub heading use zone, in the S.F.Nos. Against the entry Residential MR3 Punjai Pugalur North
Village the expression 493/4B shall be inserted before the expression 500.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Agricultural Punjai Pugalur North Village
the expression 492 to 495 shall be deleted and the expression 492, all the subdivisions of 493 except 493/4B,
494 & 495 shall be substituted.
