1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban
Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27,
Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in
G.O.(2D)No.236 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 15.06.2024 subject to conditions
the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act
and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification

entries should be made.

No.365 to 367, S.F. Nos. 67/1A, 67/2A1A1, 67/2A1A2, 67/2A1B, 67/2A2 & 67/1B the following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Industrial (I-33)” use zone for the expression S.F. Nos. 67/1A, 67/2A1A1, 67/2A1A2, 67/2A1B,

ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No: 475, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated : 13.12.2024.
2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development
[UD4 (L.Re-1)] Department dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Kagithapuram
New Town Development Authority which was Consented under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 308, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 27.07.2004 and in Notification No : VI(1)/506/2006 at page No : 373 of

In the said Consented Kagithapuram New Town Development Authority Plan, in the land use schedule, under the
heading in Punjai Pugalur North Village at Page Nos : 43 and 51, regarding S.F.Nos : 499/9A, the following entries should
be made;
1. Under the sub heading use zone, Residential - MR use zone S.F.No 499/9A shall be inserted before the
expression 500.
2. Under the sub heading Agricultural Use Zone, the expression “496 to 499” shall be deleted and the expression
“496 to 498, all sub divisions of 499 except 499/9A” shall be substituted.

be inserted After the expression 95.

R.O.C. No.112341-A/2024/C3, dated 13.12.2024, it is hereby notified that the Subordinate Civil Courts in Pudukkottai
District will be closed for Summer Vacation, Dussehra Holidays, Christmas Holidays and Public Holidays for the

The Principal District and Sessions Court, the Additional Will be closed from Thursday, the 1st day of May, 2025 to

NOTE:
1. As Republic Day (26.01.2025), Telugu New year's Day (30.03.2025), Bakrid (Idul Azha) (07.06.2025),
Muharram (06.07.2025) and Krishna Jayanthi (16.08.2025) fall on Saturdays/Sundays, these days are not shown
in the above list.
2. All Sundays are Holidays for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in the State
of Tamil Nadu.
3. The following 11 Saturdays are working days for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts
functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu:
04.01.2025, 01.02.2025, 01.03.2025, 05.04.2025, 21.06.2025,
19.07.2025, 02.08.2025, 20.09.2025, 25.10.2025, 01.11.2025 & 06.12.2025
4. Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts, except Family
Court.
5. All the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall also work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays
of every month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared
as holidays.
6. The Office of the Part Time Official Receiver, Tiruchirappalli which is having the jurisdiction over Pudukkottai
District will remain open throughout the periods of adjournments.
7. No Plaints, petitions etc., except copy applications and Batta memos for service and execution of Process
will be received during the periods of adjournments.
8. The Offices of the Regular, Copyists and Process Service Establishments will be kept open throughout
the Summer Vacation, Dussehra Holidays and Christmas Holidays, but no arrest warrants will be executed during
the said periods.
9. The Offices for other sections will remain opened for :-
a. furnishing necessary records to the Copyists and Process Service Establishments.
b. transmitting the records to the Appellate Courts for appeal etc.,
10. The Vacation Civil Judge, who will be appointed by the Government for the District of Pudukkottai under
Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act (Central Act III of 1873), as amended by Sec.4 of the Tamil Nadu
Act 17 of 1959, will attend the disposal of urgent Civil work during Summer Vacation 2021, Civil Suits, Appeals

4. The Office of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the
vacation and that no arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation. The Office of the other departments
shall remain closed.
Arrangements shall, however, be made.
i. for furnishing the Copies and sending Process.
ii. for transmitting the records to the High Court required in pending Proceedings.
iii. for attending all administrative correspondence.
5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered
in High Court's Circular R.O.C.No.2/64-C-3, dated: 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should
be made to the High Court. However, urgent applications can also be made to the vacation Sessions Judge,
