Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Commercial-C, the expression 265/1G2, 265/1G3 shall be inserted after the expression 220pt. 2. JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS Constitution of a District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Killiyoor in Kanniyakumari District [Roc. No. 16569/2021/G/Judn (Killiyoor)] No. VI(1)/416/2025. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Killiyoor in Kanniyakumari District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Killiyoor, shall be held. NOTIFICATION-II [Roc. No. 16569/2021/G/Judn (Killiyoor)] No. VI(1)/417/2025. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Kanniyakumari District, the District Munsif Court at Padmanabhapuram and District Munsif Court at Kuzhithurai shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the Taluk of Killiyoor and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Killiyoor shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Killiyoor with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Killiyoor assumes charge of that Court.
