Stores has been liquidated undern Section 137(2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-op. Societies Act 1983 and the Co-operative
Sub Registrar (Store), Office of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Tirunelveli has been appointed
as the official Liquidator under Section 138(1) of the said Act.

Under the heading "Residential land use" the expression S.F.Nos 194/3A2A, 195/3A1D1A and 195/3A1D1B shall
be added.

Updating the details of Medical Practitioner of Homoeopathy after every five years ar per NCH Regulations
(Lr No. 138/TNHMC/2025-5)

Regulation 9 of the National Commission for Homoeopathy (Manner of preparation and maintenance of National
Register for practitioner of Homoeopathy) Regulations, 2022 is as follows:-
"(1) The license of a medical practitioner of Homoeopathy shall be updated after every five years in a uniform
pattern by all the State Medical Councils for Homoeopathy and by National Commission for Homoeopathy for the
direct registrations.
(2) Any practitioner who fails to get his license updated within six months from the due date, shall forfeit his right
to practice in Homoeopathy and also forfeit the right to continue in employment based upon his license, unless updated
with the payment of fees as may be laid down by State Medical Councils for Homoeopathy or with the payment of fees
as specified in Schedule along with the application in Form-9 in case of direct registration by the National Commission
for Homoeopathy, as the case may be:
Provided that no such updating shall be allowed, if delay is beyond two years and in such case, the license or
registration shall be cancelled and fresh application for license shall be required to be obtained with applicable fee
as specified in the Schedule or as laid down by the State Medical Council for Homoeopathy, as the case may be."
The Executive Committee & the Council of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council have on 18/03/2025
decided to implement the above Regulation and the said decision has been approved by the Government of
Tamil Nadu, Health & Family Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9.
All Registered practitioners of Homoeopathy in the State of Tamil Nadu are hereby put on notice that henceforth
the Certificate of Registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council shall be valid only for 5 years
from the date of issue in terms of the above Regulation.Oct. 22, 2025] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 435
Hence, the Medical Practitioners of Homoeopathy who are having Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council
Certificate of Registration dated more than five years prior to the date of this notification are requested to
update their existing Certificate of Registration, by paying the requisite fees through online payment on or before
31/12/2025 along with the prescribed application form available in the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council
website,www.tnhmc.com.
The Registered Practitioners are advised to renew their Registration Certificate prior to the expiry of 5 years from
the date of issue to avoid penalty and cancellation of registration.

கொசயாைகம், கொசன்னை� 9-ஆல் ஒப்பு�ல் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
