In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,
1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms. No:94, Housing and Urban Development
[UD4(1)] Department dated: 12.06.2009, which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 27, Part II—Section 2 page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Modified
Master Plan for the Dindigul Local Planning area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and
Urban Development Department, Notification No.II(2)/HOU/611/2001 at Page No.308, of Part II—Section 2, of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th August 2001.
Variations
In the said Modified Master Plan, in the 'Land Use Schedule' in Balakrishnapuram Village under the heading
Agricultural use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made;
1) Against the entry for the expression next to Residential use Zone –
S.F.Nos.558/2A2, 558/2B1, 558/2B2, 558/4B, 558/5A2, 558/5B & 558/5C Balakrishnapuram Village shall
be added.
2) Against the entry for the expression next to Agricultural use Zone –
S.F.Nos.558/2A2, 558/2B1, 558/2B2, 558/4B, 558/5A2, 558/5B & 558/5C Balakrishnapuram Village shall be
deleted.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following
variations to the Master Plan of the Arakkonam Master Planning Area Approved under the said Act and Published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
Variation
I. In the said Modified Arakkonam Master Plan “ Land Use Schedule’’ under the heading
Residential Primary Residential
PR in Arakkonam
(i) after the expression S.F. No. 292pt, the expression S.F. No. 240 pt [Arakkonam Town / Municipality, Ward - B,
Block-43, T.S. No. 18/1 (Old T.S. No. 91/1] shall be inserted.

2. In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(Ms) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development
[UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated : 18.08.2021. the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur
Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(2)] Department dated : 01.11.2010 and in Notification No.II(2)/HOU/700/2010, at Page No. 815 of
Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 24.11.2010.
Variation
In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan in the land use schedule, under the heading in Agricultural use
in Achimangalam Village at Page No : 81, with regard S.F.No: 246/1A2 the following entries should be made.
Against the entry Agricultrual use Zone S.F. No. 246/1A2 shall be deleted.
Against the entry Residential use Zone S.F. No. 246/1A2 shall be added.

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan in the land use schedule, under the heading in Thanthoni Village

1. Under the sub heading Use Zone in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Residential - MR, the expression 847/1C,
847/2B2 & 847/5A2 shall be inserted before the expression 854.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression "824 to 853"
shall be deleted and the expression 824 to 846, all sub divisions of 847 except 847/1C, 847/2B2 & 847/5A2,
848 to 853 shall be substituted.

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O(2D) Ms.No. 65, Housing and Urban Development
[UD4(1)] Department, dated: 14.02.2025 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following
variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published
in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated.07.06.2000, at Page
No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 7th June 2000.
Variations
In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" of VILLAGE NUMBER:233 Thervali under the heading:
VI. AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE: instead of expression S.No. 341; S. No. 341 (except S.No. 341/1) shall be
substituted.
Under the Heading I RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE: under the Sub Heading I(a) - PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL USE
ZONE - Survey Number, 341/1 shall be added.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of
COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Kallipalayam Village, Page No: 316 the following S.F.Nos:246/3,
264/4 entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential PR-5 use zone’’ the expression S.F.Nos:246/3, 264/4 shall be added after the
S.F. No. 108.
Under the heading “Agricultural AG-9 uze zone” the expression S.F. Nos. 200 to 266 shall be deleted and the
expression S.F. Nos: 200 to 245, 246 (Except 246/3 & 246/4), 247 to 266 shall be substituted.

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on one Deputy Collector.

No.35/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints on Thiru. P. George, Deputy Collector, Cuddalore as
Special Judicial Magistrate in cuddalore District, to under go Magisterial Training for a period 180 days (on part time basis),
from the date of assumption of office till the completion of his training.
The powers may be withdrawn as and when he completes his training in the Cuddalore District and confer upon him
the ordinary powers, conferrable under this code on Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and dealt with by an
erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
