The affairs of the TNH.95, Chindhamani Lakshmi Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale Society Ltd.,
(Liquidated) in Chindhamani, Kadaiyanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District which were ordered to be wound up under section
137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 30 of 1983 are finally closed and the registration of the
above Society is hereby cancelled under section 140 of the Tamil Nadu Co-opertive Societies Act 30 of 1983.

and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and
Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the
following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms)
No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban
Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as Notification in No.266 Part II - Section 2 of
the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.
Variation
In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Nungambakkam Village the following expression shall
be added:-

In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local
Planning Area, under heading V.No.34, Palapatti Village in Page No.99, the following entries of S.F.Nos.133 should
be made accordingly.
Under the heading “AGRICULTURAL USE” and under the Sub-heading “AG-26”, the expression “S.F.No. 127
to 140” shall be deleted and the expression “SF.No.127 to 132, 133 (Excluding S.F.Nos.133/3B), 134 to 140”
shall be substituted.

Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the followig (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Thiruvannamalai
District and (ii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Ranipet District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to under go Magisterial Training
for a period of 120 days from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable
under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial
