In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director
of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 hereby confirms the following Individual Variation from Residential
use into Institutional use for the land in S.F.No.455/2Apt, Ward No.AA(27), Block No.33, T.S.No.104/2,
Extent:2024 sq.m in Sowripalayam Village, Coimbatore Corporation (North zone) / District to the Approved Singanallur
Detailed Development Plan No.13 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and
Country Planning proceedings in Roc.No.16545/2004/DP2, dated: 27.06.2007 and the fact of this approval in
Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 08, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.102 & 103,
dated: 27.02.2013, Publication No.VI(1)/140/2013 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification with in the stipulated time,

The notification under Section 17 of the Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1958 in respect of lands shown in the
Annexure donated for Bhoodan in Puthupalayam Village of Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur District has been Published at
Page 207 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Dated 10.05.2023 and in Page 1 to 2 of the District Gazette (Special
Publication) Dated.26.04.2023. It has been published in the Village Administrative Office, Village Panchayat Chavadi,
Avinashi (West) Revenue Inspector Office and in the Notice Board of the Taluk Office on 19.06.2023. Objection was
received regarding the said advertisement. An investigation was conducted into the said objection and the objection
was rejected as per Proceedings of Avinashi Tahsildar Ref.No.:2460/2021/A1, Dated:12.02.2024. Enquiry also reveals
that the donor have got right to alienate the Lands donated which are free from encumbrance. confirm the declaration
under Section 17 of the Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1958 and Order that the Lands vest with the Tamil Nadu
Bhoodan Yagna Board.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O(2D) Ms.No.350, Housing and Urban
development [UD4(1)] department, dt: 10.09.2024 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the
following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and
published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated.07.06.2000,
at Page No. 295 of Part Il—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 7th June 2000.

In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” of VILLAGE NUMBER: 195 Sirupuzhalpettai under the

2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)]
Department dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority
which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)]
Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No : II (2)HOU/700/2010 at page No : 815, of Part II—Section 2,
of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.
Variation
In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Andankovil West
Village at Page No : 97, with regard S.F.No : 267/4B2 the following entries should be made;
1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential – MR, the expression
267/4B2 shall be inserted before the expression 275 to 286.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression 264 to 273
shall be deleted and the expression 264 to 266, all sub divisions of 267 except 267/4B2 & 268 to 273 Shall be
substituted.

Master Plan of the Vellore Local Planning Area Review Approved under the said Act and Published in the Housing
and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Hou/(g-1)2011 and published in Part II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary dated the 25.02.2011, namely.

I. In the said Vellore Master Plan “Land Use Schedule” under the heading of “Mixed Residential Use Zone”
in Karugambathur Village
i. After the Expression S.F.No.40, The Expression S.F.No’s. 42/2B shall be inserted.
II. In the said Vellore Master Plan “Land Use Schedule” under the heading “Agricultural use Zone” in

the G.O.Ms.No.230 Housing and Urban Development [UDIV] dated 19.02.1991 notification No.18 at page 314 of
Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 22nd November 2006.

No. 298/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023 [Act No.46 of 2023], the High Court hereby appoints the above said 19 Pro Deputy Collectors of direct recruitment
for the year 2021-2022 as the Special Judicial Magistrates in the Districts noted against their names, from the date
of assumption of office till the completion of their training.
The powers may be withdrawn as and when they complete their training in the District concerned and confer
upon them the ordinary powers, conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and
dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
