In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
(Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the proceeding Roc. No. 9613/2025/DP/TCP-12
dt: 18.06.2025 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of "Agriculture use into
Residential use in T.S.No.47/1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 (Old S.F.No.48/1, 2, 3B, 4, 5A, 5B, Kaivilancheri Village) Extent:1.79 Acre
Ward-B, Block-1, in Sirkali Municipality/Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District to the Approved Sirkali Detailed Development
Plan No.9 of Sirkali Local Planning Authority / Municipality, approved by Director of Town and Country Planning,
Proceeding in Roc. No. 2118/1995/DP3, dated: 29.01.1995 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published
in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 07, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 321, dated: 19.02.1997, Published
No. VI(1)/227/1997.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may, within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication
of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, represent in person or submit in writing to the Member
Secretary / Municipal Commissioner of Sirkali Local Planning Authority / Municipality any objection and suggestions
relating thereto.
3. The Variation plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local
Planning Authority office.
Variation
1. Where the expression Map No. 4, DDP (TTR) / DTCP No. 10/1995 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP
No. 05/2025 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. Based on the variation, the details specified in Approved Sirkali Detailed Development Plan No.9, in Schedule
No. IV (Form No.7) against entry Sl.No.17 shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.
3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued
u/s 33(2) of the Act in TNGG.

Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government that a total extent of 0.32.0 hectares of land is required in
survey number 158A/1A1, in No.06 Kilampakkam Village of Vandalur Taluk at Chengalpattu District for the development
of suburban railway halt station and emergency entry/exit for the same, pickup/drop off points and IPT stand / circulation
and construction of skywalk and storm water drains for public purpose.
Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in the No.06 Kilampakkam Village of Vandalur Taluk at
Chengalpattu District, land measuring an extent of 0.32.0 Hectare, whose details are specified in the Schedule below,

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency
in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30,2013), to all whom it may concern.
The Government is pleased to authorized the Member Secretary, Chennai Metropolitian Development Authority
and his staff to enter a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required
for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.
Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction
of land i.e. sale / purchase, etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this
notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.
Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date
of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act
before the Collector.

கீழ் வழங்காப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுயைறகாளின் கீழ் செதாடர்புயைடை அயை�வருக்காாகாவும் செவளியிடப்படுகிறது.
பேமாற்செசான்� சட்டத்தின் 12-ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளா மாற்றும் வழங்காப்பட்டுள்ளாவாறு, நிைத்தில் நுயைழதல், ைாசெதாரு
நிைங்காயைளா அளாசெவடுத்தல், அடி மாண்யைண பேதாண்டுதல் அல்ைது ஆழ்துயைளாயிடுதல் மாற்றும் இது செதாடர்பா� அயை�த்து
செசைல்காயைளாயும் முயைறைாகாச் செசைல்படுத்த உறுப்பி�ர் செசைைர், செசன்யை� செபருநகாரா வளார்ச்சி குழுமாம் மாற்றும் அவராது பணிைாளாருக்கு

இச்சட்டத்தின் 11(4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், ைாசெதாரு நபரும் நிைத்யைத விற்பயை� செசய்தல் / வாங்குதல் பேபான்ற ைாசெதாரு
பரிமாாற்றங்காளில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்ைது பரிமாாற்றங்காள் செசய்தல் அல்ைது மாாவட்ட ஆட்சிைரின் முன் அங்கீகாாராம் இன்றி இந்த
அறிவிக்யைகா செவளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து ைாசெதாரு வில்ைங்காங்காயைளாயும் ஏற்படுத்த இைைாது. யைகாைகாப்படுத்துதல் செதாடர்பாகா
மாறுப்புயைரா ஏபேதனும் இருப்பின், இச்சட்டத்தின் 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் செதரிவிக்காப்பட்டுள்ளாவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்யைகா செவளியிடப்பட்ட
நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்காளுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்காளுக்குள்ளாாகா) பற்றுள்ளாவர் அதயை�, செசங்கால்பட்டு மாாவட்ட ஆட்சிைரிடம்
அளிக்காைாம்.

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(4-1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009
2. Land use zone conversion from Public and Semi Public use zone into Residential use zone ordered in
G.O.(2D) No.147, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 28.04.2025 subject to conditions
the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said
act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification
No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 9th
November 1994.
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers
of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in No. 4, Veerapandi Village, Page No: 310, the S.F. Nos:
77/1A1 the following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential use zone” the expression S.F.Nos. 77/1A1 shall be added as after
the S.F.No: 37A.
Under the heading “Public and Semi Public use zone’’ the expression S.F.Nos: 72 to 82 shall be deleted
and the expression S.F.No: 72 to 76, S.F.No. 77pt (Except S.F. No.77/1A1), shall be substituted.

entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential land use" the expression S.F.No 744/ 2B shall be added before the S.F.No: 835.
Under the heading "Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 739 to 745 shall be deleted and the expression
S.F.Nos: 739 to 743, 744 (except 744/2B), 745 shall be substituted.

No.133/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023 (Act 46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 3 Deputy Tahsildars in Nagapattinam District
and (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Coimbatore District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo magisterial Training
for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable
under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile
Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
