Tamil Nadu Mechanical Engineering Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd.-IND No.1863 (Under Liquidation),
Chennai District and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative
Societies Act, 1983, the affairs of the Tamil Nadu Mechanical Engineering Industrial Co-operative Society
Ltd.-IND No. 1863 (Under Liquidation). Chennai District, had been finally closed and the registration of the

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section 2 Section 33 of Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 hereby confirms the following individual draft variation for
the conversion of Agricultural use into Residential use in Old S.F.No.323/2Cpt and 324/1pt, Ward-A, Block-5, T.S.No. 14/5C
and 15/1A of 1.23 Acres or 0.49.75 Hectare in Namakkal Town/Municipality/Taluk/District to the approved Namakkal DD
Plan No.2 of Namakkal Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning in proceedings
Roc.No.14280/1987/D2/TCP4, dated: 28.03.1989 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.28, Part VI—Section 1, Page 380, dated: 12.07.1989 and the said draft variation
notification published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.03, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 31 dated:22.01.2025

Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft.

1. Wherever the expression Namakkal DD Plan No.2"MAP No:5, DDP/R(SD) No: 05 /1989 occurs the expression
DDP(V)/DTCP No.14/2024 should be added at the end and to be read with.
2. Based on the variation details specified in approved Namakkal D.D.Plan No.2 in Schedule No.IV (Form No.7)
against entry in Sl.No.4 should be deleted or substituted accordingly.
3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on Certain Revenue Officials

No. 183/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
(Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Thoothukudi District
(ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Madurai District (iii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Villupuram District and (iv) One Tahsildar
(Trainee) in Tiruvallur District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days
/ 180 days (as the case may be) from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers
conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an
erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
