Agarathirunallur Village for S.F.No.61pt the following entries shall be made. Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (AG 24), after the expression 61pt the expression (except 61/20 and 61/21) shall be added. Against the entry of Residential use zone, the expression "S.F.No. 61/20 and 61/21 shall be added before S.F.No. 67pt. Conditions: 1. Since the canal is located to the north of the proposed site, a no-objection certificate should be obtained from the relevant department before development. Appropriate procedures should be followed for development works carried out along water bodies 2. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCD&BR 2019.
