Variations to Modified Master Plan for Dindigul Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and
Urban Development [U.D 4(1)] Department, Dated 12.6.2009. Which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No.27, Part II, Section 2, Page No.228, Dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Modified
Master Plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and
Urban Development Department, Notification No.II(2)/HOU/611/2001, at Page No.308 of Part II, Section 2, of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Dated the 15th August 2001.
Variations
In the said Modified Master Plan in the ‘Land Use Schedule’ in Seelapadi Village under the heading Educational
use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
1) Against the entry for the expression next to Residential use Zone –
S.F.No. 178/3 Seelapadi Village shall be added.
2) Against the entry for the expression next to Educational use Zone –
S.F.No. 178/3 Seelapadi Village shall be deleted.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing & Urban
Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2,
Page -228 dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.259,
Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated:08.09.2025, the following variation are made
to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the
G.O.Ms.No. 153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of Part II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
Variation
In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram
Local Planning Area under heading in 113. Nemmeli Village, Page no. 127 the following entries should be made.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O.No.(2ப) No. 286,Housing and Urban Development
[நவ4(நிபமாா-1)] Department, dated 10.10.2025 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers
making the following variation to the consented Master plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said
Act vide G.O.Ms.No.71, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated 10.02.2000 and published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.35 Part VI—Section 1 page No.383 Notifications No.VI(1)/487/2000 dated
6th September 2000.
Variations
In the said Consented Tuticorin Masterplan in the Annexure-IV Land use schedule Sl.No.17, village No.29, Mullakadu
village under the heading COASTAL REGULATION ZONE, Survey No. 74 to 99 replaced by 95 part, 96 part (except
95/2C2B, 96/1B2B, 96/1B2C)
In the Land use Schedule Sl.No.17, village No.29, Mullakadu village. Newly added in I (b) Residential use zone
under the above Heading Survey No. 95/2C2B, 96/1B2B, 96/1B2C shall be added.

JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION
Conferment of Magisterial Powers on certain Revenue Officials

No.VI(1)/637/2025.
No.217/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in
Tiruvallur District, (ii) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Ariyalur District (iii) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Kallakurichi District and
(iv) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruchirappalli District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training
for a period of 120 days from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable
under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile
Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
