Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following
variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu
Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190

Under the heading “Residential use zone” the expression S.F.No. 1074/1A2, 1074/2A1 & 1074/2B1A & 2B3A
shall be added after the S.F.No: 42pt.
Under the heading “of Agricultural the S.F.No: 1073 to 1075 Shall be deleted and under the heading of
Agricultural use S.F.No: 1073, 1074pt [Except 1074/1A2, 1074/2A1 1074/2B1A & 1074/2B3A], 1075 Shall be
substituted.

Sanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in
Namakkal District and (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Madurai District, as Special Judicial Magistrates,
to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon
them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier
triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
